  • Free and Flat Rate shipping promotions apply to the contiguous 48 US states
  • APO/FPO, Alaska and Hawaii addresses do not qualify for free or flat rate shipping.promotions.
    Military personnel - Please contact us for special military shipping rates.
  • Truck freight items or orders that would normally ship by truck are not included and will be quoted.
  • Items marked "Standard shipping rates apply to this item" do not qualify for shipping promotions.
  • If the Free / Flat rate shipping option does not apply it will not be shown as an option.
  • Free and Flat Rate orders will typically be shipped via FedEx or US Postal Service (our choice).
  • Orders are shipped from our US distribution center. Our shipping experts determine the most efficient route to get your items to you as quickly as possible. There will be cases, although rare, where some items may take 7+ days in transit
  • Pre-Order Wine Kits and special orders are not included in any promotional shipping offer.
  • Shipping changes including address change, rerouting, etc., may be subject to a $25 service fee per shipment.
  • Qualifying orders must select "Free or Flat Rate 48 States (5 - 7 days)" at checkout in order to receive promotion.
  • In case of error we will contact you with the correct shipping charge for approval before releasing order.
  • Wholesale accounts do not qualify for shipping promotions.
  • In-Store pickup is always free!
