We are excited to announce that the Vintners Reserve Passport Series is now Vintners Reserve World Vineyard Collection. These varieties were built from the ground up with utilizing only top quality juice and appropriate, fully tested yeast strains to compliment the style. These Winexpert wine making kits are now a full 10 liter, 4-week wine kits featuring varieties and blends from the world’s great wine regions. Using varietal grape juice and concentrates selected from the world’s great wine regions, Winexpert took great care to ensure (and guarantee) both the quality of their product and complete satisfaction for our customers. The result is a quality series of wines, as appealing in value as they are in taste, from the vineyard to the glass for about $2.00 per bottle!

An ideal blending of three of California 's most popular grape varieties - Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot, coming together to make a perfectly balanced, well- structured dry red wine. Notes of black cherry and coffee complement the smoky, herbal flavors, and hints of vanilla that round out this medium bodied wine , making it highly enjoyable for any occasion. Serve with a roast dinner or barbecued steak.

All the classic associations with this well-known grape variety used in France’s brilliant red wine blends are here in this Cabernet brought in directly from France: rich, intense aromas, deep berry fruits, healthy tannins, and a smooth, lingering finish. With the proper tannin astringency and premium French oak evident throughout, this is an elegant wine offering body and complexity when aged.

ITALIAN BAROLO - Winexpert World Vineyard Wine Making Kit. Style: Nebbiolo grapes take their name from fog (nebbia). Notoriously demanding to grow, they require sheltered south-facing sites with well drained chalky soil, but yield grapes with high tannins, good extract and very importantly for this long-lived style, bracing acidity for structure and aging. Medium in body with a luminous dark cherry color Winexpert World Vineyard Barolo has rich, spicy fruit and delivers the true character of the grape and land. Typical flavors are cherries, violets, black licorice, truffles and it finishes with rich, chewy, deep and long-lasting flavor. Burly, assertive chewy wine, it is not for the faint of heart, but for those seeking intensity and complexity, there is nothing else like Barolo. Sweetness Code: 0 (dry). Oak: Medium. Body: Medium.
