* Use at a rate of ½ oz. per gallon of water, circulate for at least 5 minutes.
* Rinse with potable water.
* Draw off rinse water until clear beverage appears, then draw off 16 ounces more and discard.
* Use standard “taste test” to determine if beer tastes okay.
