Shipping & Delivery
We ship orders within the United States including U.S. Territories and APO addresses. We also ship some items to Canada, Mexico and any other country that is serviced by our shipping partners. Every effort is made to ship your order within 48 hours. We use FedEx and USPS Priority Mail. (UPS may be available by request for an additional charge). All APO mail orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Large items such as fruit presses, crushers, skids of bottles, etc., must ship by truck at actual freight costs. These items may be ordered online and we will quote the freight cost before shipping. You may also contact customer service so that they may quote you an accurate shipping charge before you order. Our shopping cart system does not quote freight on truck delivery orders at this time.
Privacy & Security
We do not sell, share, or buy email addresses. You have the option of receiving our email newsletter by opting in to our mailing list. Removal from the email list is processed through Constant Contact. Security is provided by an SSL Certificate and by who keeps sensitive personal information off-site and in an encrypted manner for PCI security compliance. 
Returns & Replacements
Please call for return authorization. We do not refund outbound or return shipping costs. Damaged items and errors will be replaced free of cost with proper confirmation.
We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. To purchase with a check or money order, print your order and mail with the payment. Your order will ship when payment is confirmed. We accept payment from countries other than the United States, usually via PayPal. We do not accept bank transfers. Purchase orders must have prior approval.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
The prices on our website and in our retail store are usually the same with the exception of in-store promotions. Volume discounts for large quantity orders (such as skids of bottles) can only be approved by the owner. Although every precaution is taken to ensure accuracy, errors in price, quantity, etc. can and do happen. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Viewing Orders
You may view past orders by signing into your account. Only customers who have registered an account will have access to past orders and also the ability to save shipping and credit card information for future orders.
Updating Account Information
You may update your account information anytime by signing in to your personal account.
