The Anvil Brewing Equipment 15 gallon brew kettle is perfect for doing full boils for 5 AND 10 gallon batches of beer. Why limit yourself to just one batch size. It can also double as a hot liquor tank, and with the optional false bottom can be used as a mash tun for 5-7 gallon batches!
Perfect for: Full wort boil for 10 gallon batches. Also can be used as a mash tun for 5 gallon all-grain systems, or as a HLT on 15-20 gallon systems. Also is a great single pot for a 5 gallon Brew-in-a-Bag setups!
The kettle is graduated with interal etchings that show measurements in both gallons and liters, ensuring accurate measurements every time. Anvil kettles come standard with a thermometer, 1/2 in.
