These mesophilic cheese cultures are used in making a range of flavorful semi-soft cheese, such as cheddar, colby, Monterey Jack, feta, chevre and more! Each pack can be used according to your recipe, or at a rate of 1 packet for one gallon of milk, two packets for 2 to 4 gallons of milk, or 4 packets for 5 to 10 gallons of milk.
