Vinmetrica is a company specializing in products for wine, beer and kombucha analysis, with a focus on simplicity, low cost, and quality. They develop products in the area of wine testing, targeted at professional and home vintners and brewers who need reliable analyses for sulfite (SO2), titratable acidity (TA), malic acid, alcohol by volume, residual sugar and pH. Founded in December of 2009 by Dr. Richard Sportsman, an amateur vintner for 20 years, during which time he finally got tired of trying to use inaccurate, unreliable and/or unwieldy products for wine testing. Vinmetrica thus grew out of his desire to make the vintner’s job easier and more predictable.
