Free Shipping Exclusions and Ship Methods
Free shipping not valid towards glass (bottles, carboys, etc.), large light weight items such as buckets, and special order wine equipment like variable capacity tanks, professional bottle fillers, crusher/destemmers, presses, etc..
We reserve the right to use the cheapest possible shipping method for free shipping. Special requests for carriers can be made, but we cannot guarantee if we can accommodate
For free shipping and standard shipping methods (includes all USPS), orders placed by noon EST typically ship out in 3-4 business days. If selecting an express shipping method, orders placed by noon EST will go out same day.
We can ship to a P.O. Box only if you choose a USPS shipping method. If you want to use a UPS shipping method, please do not use a P.O. Box in your shipping address—this may delay your order. Additionally, if you select the Free Shipping option, we reserve the right to request another shipping address if the cost is too high.
Some of our items can only ship via freight truck (i.e. large Variable Capacity tanks, Enolmaster bottle fillers, and crusher destemmer units). Our system makes the best effort to estimate shipping costs for you, but we may need to call and discuss further charges. This would typically happen if your address entered is stated as commercial, but our freight shipping system qualifies it as residential.
For international orders, shipping costs do not include any taxes or duties on the items which may be incurred when the shipment reaches the destination country. The customer will be responsible for these costs, if there are any. By having an order shipped internationally, the customer bears responsibility for shipping costs once the order leaves our warehouse. If the package is returned to us due to customs problems or other issues, we can only refund for the items ordered, and not the shipping costs.
