The fermenter is 5.3 gallon in capacity, and is rated for liquids up to 140F. The fermenter features two handles for carrying, allowing the fermenter to be moved even when full. The patented lid design locks into place, and features a band clamp to ensure no leaking, as well as a gasket for perfect sealing capabilities! The Speidel also features a customer spigot at the bottom, and a custom plastic airlock at the top. Durable and easy to clean, this is the perfect fermentation vessel for large batch projects!
