Using Phantasm Powder
Dosing recommendations are 2.5 oz. Phantasm Powder per 5 gallons of homebrew. Simply add it to your wort during the whirlpool.
Tips for Success with Phantasm Powder
To get the most out of your thiol expression, use some hops in the mash. Preferred hops are Saaz followed by Cascade (yes, that's right). There are a bunch of other Aromatic hops you can use, but you should save those for later in the batch. Phantasm was also designed to be used with a Thiolized yeast strain, like Omega Yeast's OYL-402 Cosmic Punch, OYL-404 Star Party, and OYL-403 Lunar Crush.
