Go-Ferm Protect helps to ensure yeast survival by incorporating sterols and polyunsaturated fatty acids (for cell protection) together with vitamins and minerals ultimately resulting in healthier yeast cells. To use, add Go-Ferm Protect to yeast hydration water, prior to adding your yeast. Recommended dosage is 1.25 grams of Go-Ferm Protect per 1 gram of yeast.
